We acts as a mere platform for our users. we do not take part in the actual transaction that takes place between the traveler and travel agent.  Our services are totally free for travelers.  Users and Registered Members are solely responsible for all the terms and conditions of the transactions conducted on, through or as a result of use of the said  website.  When you sign up or register on our website, we gather information like your name, company name, email id, your address and other business information like statutory and tax registration number details. Also, sometimes, we can record the conversation between users and our website representatives for training or quality control purpose.  Once you register on our website, we store your information so as to provide you services that you demanded. When a user registers with us and give us information, it automatically helps the same user getting good services. 

Any reproduction, modification, creation of derivative works from or redistribution of any portion of the Website or Services to any other server or location for further reproduction or redistribution is prohibited without the express written consent of Journey Leads. You may not compile or disassemble, reverse engineer or otherwise attempt to discover any source code contained in the Website or Services. Without limiting the foregoing, you agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any aspect of the Website or Services. 

There is no charge to you for submitting a Trip Request. Journey Leads is paid a fee by participating Travel Agents for passing on your Trip Request and by submitting a Trip Request you hereby agree to this. For the purposes of these terms, a "Travel Agent" is any person or entity who acts as an agent or a supplier of, sells or offers for sale any travel, transportation or vacation related services or arrangements.  

All content on the website including but not limited to icons, buttons, logos, text etc, as well as any and all trademarks, whether registered or not constitute the exclusive intellectual property of the Company and is protected under Indian law. You may not selectively download portions of the website without retaining the copyright notices You may download material from the website only for your own personal use and for no commercial purposes whatsoever. Any and all information that is submitted by you including but not limited to comments, feedback etc is the sole property of the Company which may be used in any manner the Company deems fit. We provide all content to the best of our knowledge and we are not responsible for changes to third party content.
